pasta : traditional ragu made from scratch cooked slowly over 4/5 hours, but not with spaghetti. Tagliatelle all the way! curry : I always go for a chicken Balti but I have the meat from the tandoor, off the bone. Delicious!

You can take the side support bars out and put full length windows in with no issues. They did exactly that on a Defender on Wheeler Dealers years back 👌🏼👍

Favourite pasta is a custom marinated chicken in peri peri, cayenne pepper and thyme with spicy chorizo and a cream sauce. Is like the human equivalent of a map and a lift kit.
