I've only been to Sapwuafik (Ngetik) and that was a long time ago.

Virtually nothing has changed on Nukuoro or Kapinga in a long time... Once I dove outside the reef of Sapwuafik with schools of sharks during a lightning storm... no boats to rescue me; so I swam to Micro Glory drifting off shore. Terrifying!

I did stopped by that island once on the micro glory during the 80's during that time my parents and my brothers and sisters and I went down to the the island of kapingamarangi.

These islands are unforgettable... you are certainly lucky to have made the journey! Remote Island and rich culture! Kapinga hadn't changed much in all that time.
