Just back from St Emilion. Wine aside, what a beautiful little town. Really impressive & a great place to spend a few days.

Chateau Monbosquet is excellent, it's probably a 5 to 10 year plus cellaring wine to get it in the drinking window.I think the winemaking team have some affiliation with Chateau Pavie. I did a mini vertical session (09 /10) one evening both were brilliant. As usual love your work D, watching your videos get expensive because the wallet gets significantly lighter a few days later

Thanks, Minka! True the 2018 Monbousquet tastes like it could use another 5+ years in the bottle.

I recommend Chateau Duhart Milon ($60-$85) which is a sub-brand of Chateau Lafite Rothschild (which is always exceptional, yet $100s). You can’t go wrong with it.

Thanks Gregory! Yes, I am familiar with Duhart Milon. Good wine!

Nice video D. Today I am reviewing a Chardonnay from Florida. They get the juice from somewhere :) and make the wine here in Florida at the Lakeridge Winery. I hope it goes well.

Good luck with that! Sounds risky
