You could buy an extra long watering wound that connects to the garden hose to water the flowers on top of the gates. No need to climb up.

The ‘crappy’ as my subtitles termed it, is what we call stucco here in the states. Usually a blend of sand and plaster or cement materials with the option of adding colorant. Very durable and common on block surfaces such as your wall. It takes real skill to apply so bravo for the finish you achieved!
