Something to note on the Clone, it has infinite ammo. One of the reasons the sandhawk is so good on the clone is due to the ammo consumption of the gun not being an issue to zane at all. This also makes some other weapons with extreme ammo consumption shine especially well on the clone due to their ammo consumption weakness simply not existing on the clone. Another thing to note is the clone doesn't care about any annointments, except for Status effect crit nova and 125% ase splash, which can be transferred to guns that have splash damage, but don't get the annointment. So for example again, the Sand Hawk has splash damage, it just doesn't get splash damage ase annoint, so if you give the clone the Sand Hawk, swap to a gun that has splash damage ase annoint, you can activate it with MNTIS and boost the damage of the Sand Hawk even further

My only minor grip with bl3 is enemy rag doll feels a bit floaty and less visceral then bl1 or 2. Other than that it's been pretty fun.

The D.N.A is another really strong weapon to use for Chain Zane. I don't recommend Donnybrook or consec hits with Chain Zane due to the large amount of gun damage you are getting with Violent momentum. You want varied damage, when using violent momentum since it gives a boat load of gun damage on it's own. You don't want to add 90% from DonnyBrook to a skill that is giving you potentially 2k+% bonus damage. You go from roughly 2k to roughly 2k + 90... which is not much. Consec hits has the same problem where you are adding 100% at most to Violent momentum which is again potentially 2k roughly. I personally take out playing dirty and Death Follows Close as well as not put any points into red tree to get CCC (Calm Cool Collected) For more utility added to the build. That way I can grab all rounder and more cryo options to apply CCC so I don't need to spam cannon and specify what enemies I want to give the cannon bonus damage to with the augment No Way Out. I also use the 500% nova anointment for mob clearing in TGTD and TMTD as it does nonsense damage with your crit based DoTs with Our Man Flynt. Which is why I use a Hustler instead of an Executor as your DoTs then crit causing more nova explosions. Which are nuts!

This same concept applies to all movement speed gun builds for Zane, which is why I don't use Donnybrook in most of my Zane content and I make fun of it a lot. It is only really good for non-movement speed based Zane builds or Clone builds.

Are the rolls you have on your gear even possible to obtain or did you mod those stats to get the perfect build? Most of this seems impossible besides having the same pieces. Stat wise I can't see it happening at all.

It is modded in, but many of them are not INSANELY hard to get. Only a couple of the god rolls are gonna take you weeks to get the rest a couple hours if that. Gives you something to farm for

Have you tried infinite grenades (full specs in Pocket full of grenades) with fish slap grenades + cutpurse and any launchers (ASE splash) (COM: Hustler or Seein', only MNTIS as AS)? Throw and shoot and no worry about ammo and nades.

@@owlface2365 Aiming down sights it's using your weapon scope. Like.. pressing the buttion to aim and shoot while aiming. At Keyboard and Mouse gameplay, should be like shooting while holding right mouse button. It's ssimply shooting while using your weapon aim,

I have a custom throw together build im clearing Mayham 4 with easily that finally hit lvl 72. Should i stay on Mayhem 4 and farm out the gear i need for a build? Or should i switch my tree to that of a build and focus from there on farming items? Im a solo player so i dont have anyone to boss or push higher Mayhams with.

I feel like you want to get to mayhem 10/11 as early as you can. Farm up class mods and the likes on lower mayhems then switch to 10/11 head to Moxxis bar for a Crit and you should be set.

For infernal wish you can try only dealing Cryo or non elemental damage, then you won't blow yourself up.

Just tried this build out this week and im killing graveward and the ruiner in 2 seconds using complex root with the hustler class mod and a maliwan artifact that boosts aoe damage. Its insane.

Clone gets your shield and only gets the damage boost when it breaks. LV 1 obviously breaks easy.

why all the builds use Revolter? all the showcase you use in video have Revolter effect too. I'm sick of that shield, it's like Bee shield in BL2 and I really don't want to use it. That Toboggan roll isnt legit. It cannot roll weapon type AND magazine size together. Also i would recommend using terror ase apply and terror damage fire rate on your shield and grenade to double dip v1 damage which will be insanely huge for your slower fire rate weapons. I wouldnt really say a "redistributor" zane is a top zane build as its a single gun and redistributor is kinda solid gun and not really "insane" compared to all the other weapons. even in mobbing tier. Not going Our man flynt is a HUGE damage loss for mntis damage builds as that with shock mntis does some INSANE double dipping dots. Also Pearl isnt really a good artifact on zane. maybe a "decent" starter artifact because of the gun damage mult bonus but thats it. It also cant roll AOE damage which is HUGE for a clone zane as its top weapons are splash. And gun damage on class mod is an absolute terrible choice. Weapon type damage (shotgun, smg, sniper, pistol) is so much better option

Dude, I've been putting off Zane for years now. Never played him up until a few days ago. Just a quick look at the skill trees, I thought he was weak. Like I said, only one I haven't played yet and holy fuck! Zane is my new main! For sure. And before this I had the absolute splashiest of Moze builds. Too splashy, you'll kill yourself every time

Your not wrong about that tho initially the 1st year of bl3 Zane was in a bad place and the only legit playstyle for a bit (I can’t remember exactly but I remember initial lvl 50 Zane being able to do work just using the barrier then I think the mayhem update before dlc 1 killed him for a few months) was to slap a transformer and all shock weapons then send your clone and drone in to do work, then dlc 1 came out and Zane got the biggest buff in history in terms of class mods as once again seeing dead made all weapons viable for Zane again, then the mayhem 2.0 update dropped that more or less gave us what we have now and what they intended for, some vhers do work with some guns and others do work on other guns Still sad to see tho that the majority of the cooler legendaries with very unique effects both base game and dlc (the brain gun, the horizon and bright side, creeping death.) are flat out unusable in m11

Borderlands 4 better have less (preferably none) bosses that have those stupid fucking immune phases. I love fighting Pain and Terror but if they get the chance to go below the stage as the skit plays, I just reload. I play on ps5 and its way faster to just reload and try again rather than wait out the BS Marcus skit. Boss immune phases are the types of ideas that should get someone fired. like making a joke funeral instead of taking it seriously as the other games had. there's irreverent humor then there's just shit posing as humor.
