I really like the throw a legendary off a cliff still being able to throw things you can’t use off. Because it’s a risk for the person doing it to try to troll you, then they troll themselves because you can’t use it anyway lol.

Spawn reset isnt really a cheat so you should always be allowed to use it imo, just a time saver if you dont have joltz load times :)

I personally think that spawn reset minds are perfectly fine. Earl vendor starts to approach the line of being a bit too actively game-changing, but really, I don't think it matters so much, it's still a mostly QoL mod. I think most people have themselves played the game plenty, and seen you play it plenty, your ability to reset the map to farm an enemy is neither in question nor something unusual or that interesting in of itself. I quite like CoV weapons in BL3, at least aesthetically. They are one of the few cases in which I think the visual and sound design was well done; most of the weapons in BL3 seem to look like quasi-realistic overwrought monstrosities, but it makes sense in the case of CoV, and they much more accurately reflect the sort of Mad Max crossed with cartoons world that Borderlands has. I do wish that mechanically they could be more interesting than variations on 'press button to expel various amounts of bullet faster' but again, it makes sense for the DIY manufacturer of the game, and they are still well-designed enough to feel satisfying to use.

Psycho Stabber (150/90) + Fischslap (on Granate throw [ ase fire is PS IS 500 elem. crit]) + Peregrine + Unleash the Dragon goes sooo hard at Endgame and is perfectly insight the rules Ass break Stinger or Frozen heart are optional (but legal)

I wonder if they give Bandit/Scav/CoV a new gimmick in BL4. I like the Overheat/Break mechanic in BL3. It atleast make them feel distinct and not like something halfway between Dahl and Vladof like in BL2.

Hey guys. When playing this game I get A LOT of stuttering. Especially during combat. Can anyone help me sort this out? I have tried everything Google has to offer. Can post specs if needed

Set your game to DX12 and run the benchmark utility TWICE. Turn off volumetric fog. Cap your refresh rate to match your monitor and turn on vsync to avoid screen tearing. Turn off motion blur. Lower clutter to medium. Disable the Echocast extension. Turn off friend alerts in the social notifications. Run another Benchmark or two. DX12 “learns” your shaders as you play so it gets smoother the more you play

I liked BL3 DLC humor and story and Wonderlands Humor and story. Luckily the guy that was in charge of those stories is lead of narrative now for BL4
