@@damsonakabqnbelodnwosja288 I’m not sure if the pet grenades from loader bot proc annoints (I’m fairly certain they don’t), but if you throw a grenade with 25% on throw it increases your pet damage now. Also, the “Go for the Eyes” talent is completely wasted here. I’m assuming Joltz overlooked it, but it *only* applied to melee, which your loader bot is like never going to do with attack command spam. That means if you really want to skip out on “Pack Tactic” in blue tree you can get the green tree capstone while also picking up a lot of pet health recovery if that is an issue for you.

This is really good build -- coming from someone with a no terror variant, it sill works really well and rolls through M11 and Traunt with no tinkering. Helps to have a Knife Drain / White Elephant with a Facepuncher for survivability and extra damage. Still so relaxing and chill.

The new class mod that procs pet ability was one I was hoping for since launch. I always loved the idea of eridian skag with the radiation damage over time augment constantly pulling enemies in. Now add in novas and spike damage and it’s even better

You really dont. If you're not using gamma burst the ai is awful. On top of that if you have the new class mod on sometimes It will focus attack you (doing no damage) but ignoring all enemies.

What I would do is take one point out of pack tactics and reach the green tree capstone, by doing this lose out on 7% damage from pack tactics, but gain 50% damage from the power inside

A lot of comments are asking if it is still viable so I wanted to share my recent experience. I started back with BL3 in the last week or so and I tried a pure Fl4k damage build and then saw this build so I tried it starting around level 50. Now that I'm 65 this build is doing really well for me and it feels like how Fl4k was meant to be played. I highly recommend be high enough level to get the pet revives you when downed AND getting the Red Fang. I was having a hard time without those. Last thing is it seems very important to use the Loader, but the AI in that pet is really bad and Gamma Burst is a must to get him to where you are. Try it and just see if it's for you. I'm enjoying it and have gotten used to not doing the damage I was doing and have to remember the Loader is my main source of damage. If you're cool with that then you'll enjoy it more. Hope this helps...

Having a blast with this new skill tree and shield experimentation. People should try out the Messy Breakup shield. Basically summons a drone each time the shield breaks. You can get like 15 drones and they do crit damage to boot.

Though currently, the bot pet is suffering a bug where every now and then he gets frozen in place. Can't move, can't aim his weapon, not until you pet him is when he snaps out of his "statue" phase.

Messy Breakup is an excellent shield for mobbing on pet build, the drones it gives can crit if you have megavore or if your pet has throat ripper, bonus: each time the shield depletes it adds a drone and they start shooting full auto

i ran a similar build as 26/16/0/21, you actually get more pet damage and you dont completely gimp your own damage. You get 10% more pet damage at all times and 35% more if you account for not having to get hit yourself. Ontop of that you gain 80% all damage and 25% gun damage and some fire rate. only time it's worth going blue is if you use Yawp. Also if you dont have a faulty star yet nova burner works alright up until

Whenever I equip the CMD L3T class mod, my robot exclusively targets me or himself with his attack skill. I wanna use it for the capstone +1, but it renders my pet build useless

My god this build is strong... i have the terror annoints (200% pet dmg on my face puncher, 25% terror on melee on my grenade mod). I have a knife drain static charge with cooldown, area of effect dmg and 24% fire dmg on it. It was insane how quickly my pet obliterated everything. Thanks

i know this build is meant to be purely for pets, but im curious if there's a version of this where fl4k can still do damage, considering lots of the annoints are optional, the guns are pretty easy to swap around, and the passives on your class mod and relic are optional as well
