Very few methods of offense can match this. Especially given the laser weapons he is using. 4) Calling me an idiot when you cannot connect such simple dots together pretty much makes you the pot calling the kettle black.

+Chris C (ChrisH36) Power Fist's effectiveness on frozen targets is so amazing that having a Level 50 Fridgia alone pretty much turned me into a one-man wrecking crew for UVH. That, and it's just nice to have as an occasional melee to make enemies back off. Pretty much guaranteed knockback against even the sturdiest ones. Like those jackass Rabid Stalkers. They knew what they were doing too, by specifically giving him Cold War to make him better at freezing people. Wilhelm was definitely the cryo character before Aurelia was.

Hey Bahroo, great guide. Just a question. Wouldn't the Master Blaster class mod be better than the one you use in this video. It buffs both the Laser Focus and Welcome to the gun show. I feel like the combined buffs of that out weight the gun damage and slightly less buff from the Celestial class mod. Please feel free to correct me if I am dead wrong. You are wrong, power fist is really good on frozen targets, it can even one shot badasses and termination protocols is also nice, not so much on damage, but it's nice because you can walk and it also shocks enemies.

... not like he's using a cryo weapon, though. and cold war's not gonna proc enough to really make it all that valuable. though, i kinda agree with termination protocols, to some degree. the tesla effect's kinda weak, but it'll help with anything close range, and the explosion's raised me a few times.

Nice. Pretty much my normal build, less explosive though, but I put those two points into Power Fist and Termination Protocols. Lasers, shotgun, a few explosive weapons. Send the boys out, go nuts and you're good. TP, mostly for the movement, because if and when you do go down, and you will at times, I don't want to get that one asshole enemy that runs away. And most of them do, forcing a death that could've been avoided. And Power Fist because, it does do a good bit of damage, but the knockback/stun is pretty nice when things get in your face or are frozen. Helps in moments.

Would using a glitch splitter work with Wilhelm, I kinda want to use a few laser types to have some variety. If so should I use the same error code.

tbh, splitters seem inaccurate as fuck, so probably avoid using them, period. plus they use increased ammo, so makes maintaining the loop glitch all that much harder. one with the overdrive code, might be pretty useful though. kinda the opposite of using it AS a splitter, but really, splitters suck, except really close up, or against really large foes. a hyperion beam gun, or a railgun are also pretty good weapons, if wanting variety. can even use the laser disker as an excellent tediore weapon due to the +12 ammo capacity being better than most mag bonuses for that weapon, plus its like the rocket launcher laser equivalent. the yellow glitch was just for an infinite ammo gun, basically. but, you've got to reliably kill foes fast and accurately, as well as use the least amount of ammo doing it, preferably, to be able to refill the magazine.

Hey Bahroo. Did some testing and found some things if you are interested. You may already have noticed this. I did a bit of testing on Cold War. I think its a bug but the freeze only seems to get rolled on your first dot application. I sat and put around 5k rounds through my thunderfire testing Chronicler of Elpis Comm on Cold War. I waited for dots to fall off and the ratios seemed really good on the freezing. But if it didn't tick the first shot I could put the whole clip through without seeing any procs. I think its not really worth using only for the 10% cryo boost. I have stopped taking Cold War altogether. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hey bahroo i found somethin interesting about loop glitch and nisha that you should prolly think about adding to the build when u make one. Basiccaly use the Melle to stop the loop and add bullets to the gun with the skill that i cant bother to remember the name i think its called pickpocket dont quote me on that. I was using a hyperion Shotty with loop glitch and could fire fire fire melle then restart loop with some added ammunition to the mag.

Fernando Silva Sarmiento 'Ionized' is the prefix, Accelerated Blaster is the name of the laser. It's a normal laser, not a legendary.

Fernando Silva Sarmiento Yeah, sadly. Im not too sure what drops glitch weapons since I don't have the dlc, but I've had a non glitch version of it as a world drop. It is a purple so grind something that drops purple glitches is the only advice I can give you. :/

Cold War is fucking useless, the extra freeze chance it gives is basically worthless and you're better off just using a cryo slam oz kit to if you actually want to freeze anyone. Power Fist is amazing at shattering frozen enemies and it looks cool as hell. Divert Power is absolute garbage, no one should be picking that up. Rolling Thunder is nice, but without omega strike it's not gonna do shit. This isn't really a cryo build. This is "Look I have celestial enforcer and MINAC's Atonement, now I'm going to put together a semi-decent build centered around these two things." Edit: Not that there's anything wrong with that. I just think Bahroo could've made a much better build without wasting so many skillpoints.

wrong class mod use Chronicler of elpis + absolute zero = unstoppable Wilhelm. In skills never forget power fist cause 1 shot of absoute zero + chronicler of elpis = ista freeze Note: flying enemies will insta freeze too and = insta crack = insta death even if it is badass. For shield use something with high health cause you wont be recharging shields anytime soon try this build barhoo you will be more unstopabble than your build your build dint get me past EOS in UVHM but vinalingpuma's really work this is his build

do sidequests. if you get to vorago solitude, go kill irajima a few times, i generally like to get a hail from him on normal/TVHM just to be able to do the sentinel that much easier. cryo, typically, though i got a shock one for athena. post game, you can go kill eridian guardians for a few levels to make the dlc or the start of the next run a bit easer. once you beat TVHM, just keep redoing the first quest in UVHM, exiting, and resetting, till level 70. apparently exp's fucked in UVHM to the point you'd need to beat the game like 3X to get to the max level.

well, i mean, it's a rocket launcher. so, almost by definition, no. just because it shoots a laser doesn't make it a laser weapon. hell, he can get a lot out of that tediore laser, though. especially given the flat mag boost of laser weapons, since its got a small mag +5 straight up doubles it.
