1:06 the bridge you can see just before you turn to go through the underpass... Is that a real location you can visit or is it just decoration to drive players up the wall?

Been playing BL1 since the day it came out. I never knew these chests existed. Its amazing how many secrets this game had. Still learning shit after 15 years lol.
