Each cabinet minister should have at least held, a junior ministerial role for a minimum period with a water-tight proven track record. There must be lessons learnt from all of this. I'm still amazed that people seem surprised by this mans behaviour. Everyone knew what he was like at the time of the election yet millions voted for him - as a lifetime centre left Tory voter I did not, as it was as clear as day what Johnson and his awful cronies were capable of whatever the situation. This should be a criminal enquiry due to the amount of deaths. At the end of this enquiry there needs to be prison sentences. If any organisation causes this amount of deaths a prison sentence would be expected.
