Remember how gaming was when you were a little kid? Laughing when you try dumb shit out, not knowing what you’re doing but having a blast, being absorbed in the world, spending all day looking forward to getting home to play and when everything seemed full of mystery and excitement? This is the first game in years that gave me that feeling back. I thought I’d never experience it again. What a beautiful thing they’ve created here.

Exactly! It's been more than 10 years since I felt that way... I'm 33 with a library of 30+ games I barely touched. BG3 made me fall in love with RPG again, for a month almost everyday I sit in my office chair, daydreaming about the moment I get home, turn on the PC to get lost in Faerun again... It's especially nice to hear male vocals being utilized since they can be just as enchanting and ethereal as female vocals and the male voice fading in and out of this is amazing. Spent an hour trying to figure out how to kill one guy in a room full of enemies, and the loot wasn’t even worth it. Any other game I’d feel like that was so much time wasted for nothing, but with this incredible work of art, I didn’t, I honestly just loved the fact that I got to be as creative as I wanted to, everything was at my disposal, and how every option I tried, no matter if it failed or not, had a different outcome. This game is truly a masterpiece of our time.
