Born Against, Citizen's Arrest, Rorschach definitely were the game changers in US HC/PUNK in the 90's.

Hard to put into words what this album meant to American punk in the 90s. The searing indictment of everything political... and the internalization of politics... Please play as loud as possible!!!!!

When I first got the 7" the first thing that struck me was the cover, a picture of the decrepit building you passed on the way to the path train to Manhattan in Hoboken NJ. Scenesters from NJ often parked in Hoboken because the parking garages were not nearly as expensive as in the City itself, and we would always take a piss in the stairway. Sometimes you could get lucky and find parking in the street for free. This building, old, decrepit and falling down, in stark contrast to the rest of the trendy upscale town, was right around the corner from the station and we always passed it.

I never really paid attention to the details of KZbin, usually just search something and play it. I am now realizing that most of my DIY punk & region rock searches end up at your page. Wanted to say thank you for what you do. Oh, and this record f***ing rips! Though this should go without saying😂

I was thinking the same thing the other day. My searches always end up on good ol' sweetbabyjasus. He post the best Punk. Tons of Records that I still own from the early 90's. Absolute 🔥🔥

I ain't no expert on nutin, but back then i assumed they were all close with the Citizens Arrest fella''s, and it showed. Not just cause they played at ABC with them, but from the same 'corner'.

One of the best, groundbreaking Band of the 90s, maybe THE BEST! Plus those guys (and a few more) led Hardcore into a new direction, away from this macho bullshit or Religious (Krshna) Stupids, it was the fucking New School and Punk profits to this days from this new, anti-dogma, anti-fascist, anti-Violence directions, as I do! Anarchy + Peace, dream on...
