FOLLOW THE SIGNS // LYRICS
Follow the signs
We are the victims but we are also the crime
And the only one who can judge us is the earth in time
I will show you more, a discovery
Beyond what you perceive
As you're tangled in thought, believe
And let your soul unleash
We're well on our way but they lead us astray
Perpetuate with distractions
As fare as we've made only as one we can save humanity
The absence of what you hold dear it'll leave you stranded
Heartache will stem from fear
Ultimately the choice is up to you (the choice is up to you)
But in the end disbelief can't be denied can not be refused
They tremble in fear in the undercover sanctuary
And the walls disguise despair in the undercover sanctuary
I will show you more, we're uncovering
Let your soul unleash
The absence of what you hold dear it'll leave you stranded
Heartache will stem from fear
We are the victims but we are also the crime
And the only one who can judge us is the earth in time
We are victims yet we are the crime
And the only one who can judge us is the earth
Follow the signs

Feels weird but good coming back here at 30. I ran into a dude the other day fresh out of high school with a BoO shirt on. Talked about their old and new stuff. How their music transcends and lyrics are really helpful if you listen. Idk it makes me happy. This band did so much for me in my late teen/early 20s years and I'm really glad it's still going.

Well, it's not quite wrong... What was it.. I don't remember the name of it, but it was an ancient martial art (I had actually watched an old video on KZbin) where the teacher (an old grandpa) could manipulate the energy around him and it was like he was "pushing" the students that were trying to attack him, and they were losing their balance and being thrown back without him touching them. Also, in Medieval times, (well, before the burning of the witches...) the witches could manipulate the fire element and make their enemies' blood boil and die from a heart attack. Freakin' awesome if you ask me.

SpiritualSnism how can I know more about this?
@SpiritualSnism
@SpiritualSnism 4 жыл бұрын
@@darkage4461 I wish I could remember the name of that martial art but it has totally slipped my mind... You could simply do a google search on "how to manipulate energy" although you may come across lots of bullshit. I've been meditating for over 7 years now but I have not focused on manipulating the energy in this way. However, my meditation derives from my religion which is Spiritual Satanism - hence I wouldn't recommend doing these meditations if you're not dedicated (because you'll probably have some nasty experiences from entities that are not of Satan). However, the logic is very simple... For "magick" to work, it is a three-step progress. One: Raise the energy. Two: Program the energy. Three: Direct the energy. You "raise the energy" by doing specific yogic breathing exercises or doing yoga or using mantras and other things like that. You can also breathe energy into a ball in front of you. This would be useful to create thoughtforms but, again, KNOW what you're doing. You "program the energy" by using an affirmation of sorts. Always use present tense and an affirmative state. The mind does not recognize "will" and "don't". You "direct the energy" by visualizing the energy going where you want it to go and doing what you want it to do. For this to work successfully, one needs to have practiced in manipulating the energy on their own. For example, try focusing on a specific chakra of your body. The first time you do this, it could even take up to 15 minutes to feel something. After you feel the energy there, focus on another chakra. I've done this myself, out of curiosity, and it was pretty awesome. I could feel the energy flowing very slowly through my body. Of course, the more you do this, the quicker it will get. Doing hatha yoga has personally helped me in feeling the energies. For me, it took months to feel it. For another person I know, it only took weeks. Everyone's different.

no but however helps open your eyes to the reality or unreality we live in full of symbology. Very interesting thing symbology is, one thing that has lasted for thousands of years perhaps hundreds of thousands or millions lol. Just thinking about it trips me out. Yup I'm buzzed, so what? don't judge ;)

I'm a Chelsea Grin fan myself and also think Ashes To Ashes was a beast album but Jason can do so much more than he did on Ashes To Ashes, I just think Born of Osiris is the best band for him to be part of. With CG, he doesn't get as much amazing guitar work as he would with Born of Osiris.
