Unpopular opinion but its not fair to do this or anyother speedrun if you want to have fun, do it with people your rating. this is unfair to your opponent

All players will get a refund to their ratings, so I don't think it is unfair.

I agree. Even though they get their ratings refunded, it's still unfair. The main reason being they are not aware that they are playing a gm. Although, it's disclosed in the profile but people rarely visit the profile. So, it's really disappointing for them to get crushed by someone at similar rating. However, Bortnyk doesn't do speedruns often. Eric Hansen , Hikaru on the other hand do these more often.
