Looks like another winner from Boruit, although I personally could do without the siren feature. But it would make for a good light for my wife to keep in her purse, I could see how the siren feature could provide her with some extra safety, especially in those not-so-nice parts of town. (21)

Gotta agree, wish the USB-C cable was two-way. I'd also want a version without the alarm, as it's too easy to accidentally enable If these two things are addressed, this would be an amazing torch to edc and gift to non-torch people. It really punches above it's weight

Hopefully, they make those changes in the V35, lol! With the V20-1, they gave options for red or UV, so it’d be awesome if they offered the V series with or without the siren too. I know some people really like it, but I’m with you - I could definitely do without it.

Hey everyone, just a quick note regarding the field tests. You may notice some rendering issues at 9:14, 9:41, 9:59, 11:37, and 12:00. I tried uploading the video three times but couldn't resolve these issues. Please disregard any glitches in those sections. The clip at 9:22 looks fine, though! Overall, the V10 performs similarly to the V20, just a bit less bright. Thanks for understanding!

Yes, that's correct! All capacity tests are conducted starting on high. Turbo requires holding down the button, so I stick to high for consistency across all units.

Yes, I did get a new camera, but this video was actually still shot with my old one, the Sony A7III. I haven't set up the new camera yet. However, I did use a new 90mm macro lens for those close-up shots, which definitely made a difference. Glad you noticed the improvement, and thanks for the kind words! Good Luck!!

Very comprehensive review. I was going to get one to do a review myself but there's no point due to your video 😁. How does this compare to the U6? I was looking that way but the V30 is a bit cheaper and has good UV light.

at 8:08 , you said that all fl are at the same brightness level, do you know how much lumens it has at that level?

I checked my notes, and here are the lumen levels and runtime details for the flashlights at the low brightness levels mentioned in the video: V10: Low - 130 lumens (died at 3 hours 13 minutes) V20: Low - 130 lumens (switched to Moon mode at 3 hours 22 minutes, Moon mode is 5 lumens) Died at 3 hours 23 minutes. V15: Low - 50 lumens (died at 4 hours 28 minutes, but maintained low brightness for 4 hours 11 minutes). Let me know if you have any more questions!

It’s hardly an improvement-at most, just a 1 to 5-lumen difference. The V20 remains the brightest, with the V30 coming in second, while the V15 and V10 are the least bright.

However, if your son prefers a smaller, more compact flashlight, the V20 might be the better choice. Either way, he’s going to love it!

Thank you! I love the X2 too, it's a great-looking flashlight with a nice form factor. If you're looking for something with a more traditional design, the Sofirn SC33 is super bright for the price. The Sofirn SC29 is another great choice for EDC, and it’s a bit smaller than the SC33. If you want something compact with great output, the Wuben E7 is a solid pick, though it’s 1800 lumens, just shy of the 2000 lumens you’re after. I’ll link these lights below. I totally get that! If you're into more compact flashlights, I’ve reviewed some smaller ones that might be right up your alley, and the V20s is still a great option as well.

It's just plastic garbage all decent flashlights are made of metal even my wurkkos hd01

The Wurkkos HD01 is a solid choice, but I wouldn’t call the Boruit garbage. While it’s true that it uses plastic, it has its advantages, like being lightweight, offering unique features like glow-in-the-dark functionality, and still providing decent durability for its intended use. It all comes down to what you're looking for in a flashlight.

@eighty.2 I own a lot of flashlights but I never heard about boruit and maybe they are not garbage I see why they are made of plastic they are pretty affordable on aliexpress
