Kawaki could erase his chakra signature but Boruto never been able to achieve that feat before timeskip. He could only sense Kawaki when he arased that chakra.

12:00 their abilities didn't get reversed. That's just a base otsutsuki thing. They can fly and conceal, absorb, and release back chakra. The difference are their shinjutsus. Momoshiki can see the future and forge weapons (from his partner he ate) as far as we know. And Ishikki has that eye that can shrink, enlarge, and store. I may have forgotten some things tho.
