Yes, even double the Hight. Borzois are excellent jumpers, one should not train them, they are good at them self's. They love to swim and hunt, just for fun. I had Borzoi, Whipped, Siamese Cat and Cockatoo all friendly with each other until id came to food stealing, there the Cat had no mercy and attacked.

I do believe its just an exercise yard for the puppies. If you watch again you can see the properties fence. Much bigger.
