I listened carefully to what you shared Mr Maimane and I agree with you on the issue of makings the centre to hold. Where i feel you are unfair is the Eskom/electricity issue. Dobsonville Soweto falls under if not within those who do not want to pay for the services offered by government. Let’s encourage such clusters of communities to support the government by paying their dues we can’t make everything a campaign material running away from the truth we all know.
