This place has so many memories. Been here numerous times with my late wife and kids. Was there about two years ago with my too youngest children. It was out first holiday without their mum. Memories came floodinh back. We were actually there back in 2004 about two days before the flood. What a beautiful place.

The scenery and the village are reminiscent of a few Scottish fishing villages.

It was because of watching this on the news back in 2004. What told me to Tell my kids never to buy a house near a river. Because it might look good in the summer, but not in the winter. Time (fall) 🏴 .

@@GimbalWalkTV Across the bridge from the witchcraft museum, is a small kiosk selling ice creams. I asked the woman serving, if she knew what the structure was. She told me she was the granddaughter of the now deceased chap who used to own it, and she told me it was a lime kiln. I thanked her and told her that I couldn't have asked a better person!
