I have Bosch front load Washing Machine That I have been using for last 7 years. The grouse has been very expensive service/ parts. My Machine's drum is making grinding sound and the service personal says rather than replacing faulty part they will replace whole drum assembly for 15K. Now who would want to spend 15K on a seven year old machine ? In fact I have email from Bosch service suggesting me to change the machine to a new one. So please don't buy this with the notion of using it for 10 years. Repair costs would push you to replace earlier. My experience with Bosch has been good but the overall experience has been sour for last 3 years or so. Most of the companies don't believe in repairing goods, they nudge you to replace.

Hi Shubhin, The review is quite comprehensive. And covers all the points which are necessary while buying the machine. I went ahead and checked some Amazon reviews for WAJ2416SIN, which is Bosch's 7kg variant of front loading machine. The reviews there are positive too. But there are some, which tell that price of spare parts is quite a lot. Some reviews mentioning 13k-20k of expenditure within a year or two, even when the machine was in warranty period. So this is holding me back to go ahead with Bosch's machine. Did you face any such issue where you had to replace some parts? If yes, please share the experience. One more question, I came across lot of discussions/videos from Indian channels but almost all of them discuss IFB/Bosch/LG, very very few discuss or bring up Samsung Machines. Are Samsung Washing machines inferior to other brands? Did you come across any such thing while you were researching for your washing machine? Also please let me know about your thoughts on Samsung WW70T502DAX

FIrst of all thanks for your comment. I didnt face any issue with my bosch i have been using it for over an year now. IT nothing like samsung in inferior or not good. ALl machines are good but service is best available for LG then IFB ,Bosch and samsung so thats they reason but you always have to be lucky also when purchasing a machine that model amzn.to/3iHwqzb you mentioned is very futuristic and good there is no harm in purchaing it

Thanks for prompt response. Being an engineer, I'm always inclined/impressed towards the best quality (Bosch, German technology are epitome of best standards). But one part of me stops me to go with Bosch due to bad after sales services. My family is using products of LG from a long time and has made a soft corner for it. IFB also has great reviews and a incentive of 4 years of exclusive comprehensive warranty. I'm not sure about the after sales services of IFB though. Its a toss up between LG and IFB. Meanwhile, I will try to get some information about the quality of the water in my locality and then decide.

12-15 bade kapde ya fir 2-3 double bed sheet aati hai.....bore water chalega lekin har mahine descale karna hoga..... Ismein nahi hai invertor motor lekin aati hai Bosch ki

they have removed chrome and added plastic and glass in front pannel which reduces costs and now some parts are being manufactures in india which and helped bosch reducing the cost

And both are same machine provided both have touch pannel....I think there is a push button model also but that is just old model....I think resently this has been listed on Amazon by seller which is confusing a lot of customers.....ether buy waj with touch pannel or my machine whoes link I have in description
