The wire nuts on the bottom were melted from loose connection. New wire nuts fixed my Bosch no power problem.

thanks! your videos are awesome. I have no power on bosch shx68e05uc/13 - I removed toe board, but there's not a power box right there as in your video. I assume its behind this full length piece, side to side, but dont see a way to remove it. Are you familiar with that? thanks!!

I have the same issue, but when I put on switch the pump only works but no lights and can't go on but when is switch off the pump doesn't work, so is the controller still broke ? Sorry for my bad English

Hello, I have a problem with my Bosch. It seems a triac element on the board is damaged. But I can not find the replacement part for it. Writing on the triac says Z3M 504s. Do you maybe know where I could order a new one, or if there is a suitable replacement. Thank you in advance!

Why did it break though? I'm scared to replace if something will just end up killing it again. The Dishwasher is brand new so it should be fine to get it replaced.

If yours is brand new, then I would have the warranty people come and fix it for you for free.

hi i have a campomatic dishwasher DW814EW, during washing cycle sometimes electricity go off and it goes on again the dishwasher start the cycle from scratch because it doesnt have a memory my question is : can i modify teh control unit to make it run on ups (uninterrupted power supply) so i will not restart cycle when power goes off? thnx

Nice video, was searching for some informations. Got the same issue, remove the board and try to repair it (change heating relay, the big resistor..) . It fail miserably, the resistor blow in a second and same issue, control board still dead.. right now, i'm scared to replace it for a new 200$ one, not sure if something is wrong somewhere else (short), i tried to investigate out of the board electrical issue, but cant find anything.. I heard you in your video that the board may not be repairable, i'll take your advice.

You can resolder that heater relay on the board. Make sure that the water coming into the dishwasher from the house is 120 degrees Fahrenheit or hotter.

Question: I just replaced the controller and it went through a cycle starting at 188, then 5,6,7,8,9.and 10 (maybe more), then "H". At that point the Quick Wash and the Rinse and Hold lights started blinking and it seems to be in a holding pattern. Does this indicate a bad heating unit or is it normal? Any ideas?

Thanks Ben, I would try a reset by turning power off then back on then press and hold the two buttons that show cancel . That should reset the control
