i have intergrated washer/dryer and my kitchen is very very small so it works out great for me to have a machine that does both jobs in the one machine

one of my mum's friends has the WIW28300GB (an older version of the same model), which i've had the pleasure of trying out a few times. generally i'm not a massive fan of BSH, but i can say these integrated models are pretty solid and decently programmed machines. overall it was far superior to another model i had for myself (a WAQ28470GB). i'd say the only downsides to the WIW range are firstly, they're quite expensive for what you're getting, which is typical for integrated machines anyway. secondly, as per typical BSH, the balancing can be a little on the sensitive side but it will spin eventually. the last little annoyance for me is this new version doesn't have ecoperfect option anymore, which i know is due to the new eco 40-60 regulations and it's a shame because that ecoperfect option was one of my favourite things about BSH.

I’ve just bought a WIW28502GB .For the life of me I cannot understand the instructions . Do I need to use the dial and buttons ? You tube doesn’t seem to have a tutorial on this model . Haven’t had a problem understanding instructions before …..but I am now 70 !!

Need a fully integrated washing machine that is on par with non integrated washing machines. They are bigger, spin faster, quieter and clean way better.

can the furniture door be reversed to right hand opening?

Yes the furniture door can be reversed if need be, but can be a bit awkward if you're opening the appliance door one way then the furniture door another

hey Andy im bit worried iv only had my machine few months got up one nite and wet patch in front of it didnt think much of it but got up last night and again wet patch in front of machine would you think it may have a leak do you have any idea also my kitchen has wood floors iv put it on one more time and if i get another patch i may be right

Couple of things to try, first one is to try and turn the water to the machine down a little bit. We have known the water to come out the soap drawer or even door if the water pressure is too high. Also if you are able to, pull the machine out a bit to check to see if there is a leak from under the machine and travelling forward or even from the connection on the back of the washer.

Sealed drum I presume - so un repairable if the bearing goes.

Yes these will have a sealed drum which is a shame 😒

@@lords-electrical Do any machines at all not have sealed drums? I have read that even the mighty Miele have started sealing their drums. If you know of a reliable machine without a sealed drum - I'd love to hear which one!

@@UnCoolDadI know this reply is a bit late but Vestel made machines (Bush, Electra, Montpellier, White Knight) all have non sealed drums, however they are pretty cheap so you’d probably get around 5 years of use out of it before it breaks

How do you spin only?

On this machine, there is an option towards the bottom called Spin and Drain. From this option, you can select the spin speed required for the spin only program.

I feel integrated washing machine is too much of a compromise, this is one of the few appliances where it's worth getting the freestanding one instead

I do agree really, you are paying a lot extra for the privilege of covering the machine with a furniture door

What are the differences really between integrated and free standing? Apart of how they look. Those are different models with different functionalities?

Error code 35 ?

This would normally indicate there is a leak somewhere and the may be water in the baseplate at the bottom. I would try and pull the machine out to see if this is the case
