Basically same ear buds sound quality is solid on II”s you won’t be disappointed and are probably better value than ultra.

This is my 3rd pair of ultras in a month. Left one distorts and dies out on every pair. I have had every bose earbud since original sports bud to qc, qc 2 and now ultra. Never had a problem until now

Just bought my QC 2's today for $99 ON clearance at Walmart the day after July 4th felt like o stole them and my good are they amazing take that airpods only thing airport do better is call quality but in the actual sound department and ANC bose QC2 wins handily

the Ultras, you are paying for ANC. the 2s don't have that extra feature. This is what BestBuy told me when I was trying to upgrade actually bought the Ultra so I guess it's ok but I like the "spatial audio" Feature.

They cannot be connected to 2 devices simultaneously. Bose always promises multipoint in the future for these buds, but never adds it.
