BOSE QuietComfort Earbuds 2: How to Reset | Left Earbud Not Working?

I show you how to hard (factory) reset your Bose Quietcomfort 2 Earbuds which should help if your Quiet comfort earbuds left earbud is not working, or if they are not charging / not connecting.

If it still won't charge or connect, check the rubber seat. I had to rotate mine around back to the proper fit, then the bud was able to seat properly in the cradle.

Still won't connect, in the blue setting it does find the earbuds, when i click it to pair it, i get a (?) On the side and it doesnt connect, when i click the (?) It seems like its tryin connect it tells me to make sure..... bla bla bla
