It took me 7 months, with a good lawyer, and a private investigator to get custody in OR where i live, and get custody in NV where she was at, before i could call the police and have them come seperate my daughter from her mother. Around 10:00 I think he doesn’t want to file charges against the mother of his daughter. That won’t help anyone, not to mention his baby momma would tell his daughter “ look at what your father did.” And forever hold it against him. I respect his mindset, that his daughter needs time with her mother too. Which more woman would have this mindset, actually putting the kid first. No kid chooses to be born to 2 fighting adults. Or ask to be used as a weapon to hurt the other. But contacting the police station, saying that your baby momma won’t let you see your kid, is violating the law. Most police won’t do much, or fell you to go through a different avenue. It’s a similar situation when a woman forged a random mans name on a birth certificate. And even if the man gets tested and proves he’s not the father, that he’s never even been out with the woman. The judge will say “ This is about child support payments, not if you’re the father or not.” It would be nice if a successful/rich/celebrity started a charity or organization to help men with these issues. To teach them how to go down different avenues, what to do etc. So many men are paying child support for kids that aren’t there’s. Deal with false accusations that destroy their social lives & ability to work. And can’t afford a lawyer, don’t have time/energy to learn what to do. It’s hard & it sucks. There’s a reason almost 100% of serial killers, complain about their mothers.

He's not lying, I know a few people who's baby's mother took the kids to a different state to live and the court did nothing about it..in one case the judge said straight out, "as long as they are with their mom". Child support is a fucking joke I have stories man.
