How many picks died during the making of this video? Some were bending a lot. You are very patient. My lock pick efforts have lasted for about a minute of trying till I get frustrated with it then just using any pick I can find that fits the lock and jiggling the crap out of it for another minute till I get fed up with being unable to open it then I go away and find something else to do round the house thats not so frustrating.

Assuming you don't spend a lot of time editing these (this one appears to just be a single, unedited take, so you probably don't,) then it's likely worth your time. The ASMR community has gotten quite large, and I'm sure you'd be swimming in subs and views.

Probably so that he has the room needed to pick the side pins. Also, I’m not sure how experienced you are (I’m still a novice but know an okay amount about locks) but top of the key way tension is fairly common depending on the jetway style. Check other videos by him or LockpickingLawyer as they can explain it much better than I can

Honestly, this was pretty good! I have a couple notes, I would say another one would be easy to make and have much more fidelity if you are able to get a piezoelectric contact microphone and get it to touch the lock or the vice as best you can. Those things can be crazy sensitive if they come with a decent preamp or if you have a good microphone input for your camera. Basically it'll pick up every single little thing that lock does, but it won't pick up your voice at all. So having your normal microphone still on and kind of turned up is still a good idea. The supplemental noises will definitely fill out the sound a bit! This was great though, please do another! Haha

The piezoelectric buts are no more than $25 but are generally closer to like, $3 if you get something stripped down. Depends on how much work you wanna do. Anyways! Great job!
