A younger team need not mean feeling intimidated by more seasoned opposition. The physicality of that opposition, a term I've heard a lot this season, is often a compensation for players who've lost that younger more fleet of foot part of themselves and just charge and bully their way around the pitch. The lads' real battle is a psychological one, I feel; not to allow themselves to feel intimidated; to stare it down. Like Tyson. I believe Ipswich has it in them to run circles around these more seasoned teams. I really believe that. Just don't play their game. Make them play yours.

These guys never played prem football before and have second toughest start of any team this year. They’ve been thrown in deep end and still managing to avoid being bottom 3 currently. We will have a better second half of the season also I believe, we just have to aim for hovering above drop zone ideally/realistically or only couple points behind and then maybe we can kick on. Also Brentford have only won against the bottom 3 so far. We do have a shot!
