Agreed! William and Kate seem to have got the balance right between their children's privacy and allowing the public a little glimpse into their lives. It also allows the children an opportunity to get used to public attention in little increments so they don't get scared. They are going to be in the public eye for the rest of their lives, so it's a hard task. Sandringham is a good place for Louis' first walkabout because the crowd will be 100 percent supportive.

He’s probably watching everything around him & learning faster than anyone could guess. He appears to a sharp little guy. I just adore him. Louis seems to make everyone happy. The last time the Queen was in public, on the Balcony at the flyover, she seemed utterly and completely delighted with him. I think he brings that to everyone. I still can see her talking to him and him jabbering right back. I think she really liked having him there beside her sharing the experience. There were thousands of people and 70 years it took to get to that moment but she clearly wanted to share it with the boss baby Prince Louis. It was like a full circle as she had the chance to see it all again through the excited eyes of her little boss baby. I can see why King Charles & Queen Camilla enjoy him so much. He’s a special child. A gift, I think.

Surely the fact that William and Catherine are protecting all three children from too much exposure to the media and are restricting attendance at events is a positive parenting thing. They’re not dragging them along everywhere. When Diana was alive, from the time the boys were 2+4 she had them with her, going all over the place, allegedly to show them all sides of life but the issue was she would also let the press know where they were going so it meant the boys would be relentlessly photographed - whether it was on holidays, or at Disneyland, at McDonald’s, or tennis etc. At least William n Catherine do not do that. When they have family time it’s private. We have seen George and Charlotte at a few age appropriate events in Royal capacity and Louis at the jubilee which was a mix of family and Royal. All up, the kids are protected extremely well whilst also having gentle introductions to crowds

Yes, true, especially since Andrew has never been charged with any crimes. He has had an allegation made, and that allegation did not have enough or any evidence to have the police and prosecutors take it further. The only reason people assume it’s true is he did a train wreck of an interview but also the woman who made the allegations tried to take him to Civil court not Criminal court. Civil court meant she had the potential to receive huge amounts of money, either in a pre settlement or she could insist on going forward with the civil case and try for more money. In the end she put forward a pre settlement amount, Andrew paid as a way of closing the matter and reducing undue stress on his parents n family. People assume the payment means guilt but it doesn’t. I’m not supporting Andrew one way or the other as I don’t have the facts or evidence. If he truly did what she alleged then he should be arrested and a criminal trial would happen. Given it’s case closed, he is their family. It would be hard to publicly be with him and perhaps privately too. No one knows how one would feel if their family member was accused -

I love how the kids still dress so classic with Louis wearing shorts and knee-length sox. That's how Royal kids should dress. I hate it when kids are dressed like modern mini adults.

You have made me happy man as I thought I was the only person on the planet who thought the way you do. I'm from Australia and it seems in our country the more flesh you show the better. The most tragic thing is that they dress their children here in the same manner and besides looking very tacky it is also completely inappropriate attire. Then we have multiple piercings everywhere and tattooed faces etc... I know it is a generational thing but hopefully some youth may be influenced by seeing children dressed smartly and with elegance. I always think of Audrey Hepburn who once said elegance is the only true beauty that we last forever. Now there was a lady of style and who personified beauty both within and out.

I do too. I see parents put an infant in jeans with a belt and tennis shoes! It’s crazy. I like to see a baby dressed like a baby and a little child dressed like a little child, not an adult or a version of a teenager. It’s insane the way people put their kids in child’s for a much older child. I love the shorts & knee highs. I dressed my little boy just like that, too.
