The Princess of Wales launches Christmas Baby Banks initiative

Our experiences, relationships and surroundings during early childhood lay foundations that shape the rest of our lives, and future society. Supporting parents and carers, who are doing their best to provide for their families in challenging circumstances is essential and can have a life-changing impact.
Baby Banks are warm, caring places for families to access equipment, products, clothes and toys to help relieve some of the stresses creating significant pressures on people caring for babies and young children.

What a wonderful mother teaching her children the value of giving back to others and recognizing those in need. There is not a greater gift than compassion for others, and while I am sure Catherine and William teach many private lessons on selflessness at home, it is good to see George, Charlotte and Louis in action. This is a great way for them to learn that they are special and privilaged and that there are kids who aren't that lucky . Any charity they support brings a lot of donations in to help that charity. Thank you for sharing this lovely video. It is so important for children to learn about volunteer work. I recall going to sing at local nursing homes and filling care packages for soldiers as a child. I'm in my 60s now, and still volunteering.

I am not simply impressed that these kids are willing to do such good work with their Mom. I am shocked that 3 young royals even know how to fold clothes. William and Kate, you are doing a magnificent job with your children. Good on both of you, for keeping things as real for them as is possible in your positions and situation. The royal children are really really interested in whatever they do. They’re great kids & will grow up to be great adults. Hats off to their Mum & Dad for instilling great values.
