It definitely reminds me of Tom Ford for Men Extreme. The fig and the leather are, to my nose, very dominant. Side by side, I can absolutely tell the difference, but I’d rather pay $50 for a bottle of this than a whopping $200+ for a bottle of TFME any day of the week! Sure, it’s a bit on the boring side, but many of us fragheads can tend to be a little spoiled with all of these incredibly complex fragrances we’ve come to appreciate and own. I certainly wouldn’t hype it, but I wouldn’t go so far as to call it hot garbage either. I think it’s a fragrance that’ll find it’s niche (no pun intended) with a certain group of people, and will be passed over by everyone else. It seems that the Boss Bottled line tends to go that way in general! Either way, great video George.

Just purchased this fragrance today. On the contrary actually I liked it. Began to grow on me more and more until I caved and purchased the 50ml. Great projection and smells like a dense, sophisticated and more mature version of the original bottled.

Thats what i thought too. When i was testing the Boss frags today i put the og on one hand and Parfum on the other and walked around the mall. The parfum to me is 65% OG 35% woods and incense. Im impressed by it. More so than EDP or Intense or absolute. I do like EDP alot too.

I get INSANE longevity with this on my skin, like I'm talking about 12+ hrs and one of the hardest scents to scrub off skin, even harder than Dior Sauvage Elixir for me

Wow, love it! Totally different DNA than the "old" EdT. By far the best in the bottled line for me. The elexier is too strong. The scent line is a different line. Bottled parfum is a good signature scent! Its like an "understatement version" of Dior Home Intense and Givenchy Gentleman Reserve Privee.

I work at a fragrance outlet store, and I always have a travel spray of the scent absolute around my neck. I have always loved YSL L'homme, and the absolute is also a nice take on a woody aromatic...can't say I like this release either; there are just too many good fragrances that you could have OTHER than this one.

Reviews are always polarising it's your skin vs another person's skin, this one i like because it's totally different from the entire boss bottled apple pie range, This should of been given a different name i think it's my favourite Hugo boss fragrance i get about 10 hours performance it sits close it's a masculine fragrance and nothing like the entire boss bottled young aimed line, Also back to skin your video of dior sauvage parfum you said it was weak and kept spraying it 🤣 mate that's a beast on my skin a girl at work told me she could smell me from the car park outside when i was inside in the factory, I like your videos 👍 it's good to hear your unique thoughts and opinions on fragrances, this new boss bottled parfum works for me i like it and it's not your cup of tea fair enough 👍

Tom Ford’s Oud Wood smells to me like: Closet mothballs + Hotel soap + Grandad vibes + Canfor medicinal synthetic lansonge candy. Absolutely horrible. It makes me gag. Probably the worst blind buy I ever made, nothing like I thought it would be like.

To each their own but I love Oud Wood. Each person has their own taste so I completely understand not liking something that so many others hype up. For me I dont like D&G The One EDP or EDT but everybody loves the scent profile but dislikes the longevity and I'm just sitting back wondering what's the matter with my nose cause I really dont like it.

I have read some theories in the past, in which it is presumed that even though we all identify colours; red, blue etc etc, apparently, regardless, our brains on an individual level, seem to see those colours like nobody else out there...Presumably, the same might be happening with our sense of smell.

This stuff is weird indeed. I just get some sweet Olibanum at the top mixed with "woodyness" and the latter stays. Some guy aggressively commented to me that of course there is leather in the dry down and that it is obvious...what? The new Scent magnetic isnt good too, I'm sry. Way too fruity sweet and just generic. Serviceable with good performance. The female magnetic though is crazy alluring.

If you hate the original them you'll hate this one... Boss Bottled parfum is the old DNA without Apple and cinnamon but with incense in the top. Its a polarizing fragrance it seems. Either you like it or hate it. Not a crowd pleaser. Im surprised people cant immediately recognize the OG in this. Maybe i got a weird bottle. I love it.

Its definitely not great, but I have it another chance recently and believe it or not I enjoyed it. Have you tried Stronger With You Only George? That is one nobody talks about, but it's the best smelling of them all, just lacks a bit of longevity but as for the smell, it's very very good.

might I suggest you try Elorea Fragrances? Korean American brand inspired by Korean fragrance traditions. Fire is one of the more unique fragrances I've tried!

I have 100ml of this one, store i bought it from online sent me also samples of edt, edp , intense and elixir version, elixir for me is best of these but this comes in second, it smells better than edp or edt ... longevity is abot 5 hours with slightly higher than average projection.

George, you definitaly need a real Oscar! You make content like nobody else and that needs to be rewarded. What bothers me the most from the designers and some reviewers have already mentioned it in a resent video's; it's almost only flanker after flanker after flanker after flanker after flanker... and so on. Like this perfume; it looks like there is no more inspiration. When was the last release within the designer world that set the whole community dumbfounded? Bleu de Chanel, setting ground for the blue perfumes? Dozens and dozens of copies and wannabe's came after it. Maybe something else came after it, but not much. Oud came from the niche I believe. The only thing I see from designers hitting the market are flankers and clones and just a few what can be mentioned as "new, but already familiar". Also I see prices going trough the roof. Designers being way more expencive than a niche and what you often get is medior quality. Don't loose hope sir. Who knows a designer house is making something new in deep secret already and will set fire to the designer world again.
