The shows i saw concluded with Golden Hair and Souvlaki Space Station. i've always considered myself to be lucky, and enjoying these shows seems to be a good proof of that mindset. thanks for another awesome video.

Beautiful demo, new subscriber smash that like button and I've shared 24 of my guitar playing Buddies! When I finish watching your demo I immediately ordered mine from Sweetwater! So much more bang for the back with the stereo ins-and-outs which I really need because I generally run three or four amplifiers. And it amazes me how many of the 300-plus dollar units were not stereo. That's a deal-breaker for me.

Absolutely gorgeous sounds man! I don’t even play with stereo set up on mine, but I’ve recently picked up a Roland JC-20 for dirt cheap (inspired by your use of a jazz chorus). Ever see a JC-20? There’s not much on the internet about it but the built in chorus has 2 modes, with each mode getting a deeper and faster chorus sound as you change between them.
@pedalpartners4 жыл бұрын
thanks so much dude. i recently realised there's about 20 different versions of the jazz chorus & i want them all. that jc-20 sounds really cool!
@dcool2u24 жыл бұрын
When you are picking between the 3 stereo modes, is the cable that you plug into input B going anywhere on the other end? Also you didn't remove it in the video. If and when you do unplug it, is there anything else to do in order to save the mode you selected? ie: tap the foot switch one more time? Or do you just let go of the foot switch after you select the mode? Will it be saved after power is off? Thank you 😊

Fantastic video and awesome playing! I don't think Warp mode is comparable to a hold function: while pressing down the footswitch everything you play will be added to the sound you're "holding", so it's more like a feedback maximiser or something like that, it can get crazy really quick!

Love your videos bud. I have been playing around with this pedal for a week and loving it, especially when paired with a Holy Grail Max (thanks for getting me into that one, next is a JC-40, you're selling me tones!). My only gripe with it is being a bass player heavily, I wish that shimmer tracked the lower strings as much as the high strings (it rarely catches and often produces a short dark burst if anything). If only Boss gave us bass players a Delay as well. Since you've got one, I figured I'd ask (if you have a way to test for the bassists out here) how well does your Strymon Timeline track with it's Shimmer and Ice effects on lower registers for us lower register bassists out here? Might be an easy answer (I've considered it and the Mooer Ocean Machine for this effect but have heard the OM has tech issues, freezes, and gets grainy at times). Either or, thanks for the awesome videos, really have learned a lot and gained some great gear from your knowledge and information!
@pedalpartners4 жыл бұрын
thanks so much dude, glad to have helped you in your gear acquisition ;) i'm afraid i haven't tried a bass through the timeline. the only thing i can say is the strymon's ice machine is much more tweakable, offers a variety of pitches {can't remember exactly how many, but offers a bunch of both lower octave & higher octave options}. hope this helps a little! & the jc is incredible, hope you get one :D
@sweatervestviking4 жыл бұрын
@@pedalpartners Thanks for the reply brother! Absolutely, reignited my love for the BD-2 and alot more. Big thanks! Gosh, looks like it's ramen for dinner again. I can't help but be enthralled by that machine! Absolutely, I think being able to play with octaves and pitch will help with that shimmer sounding so ominous and dark on bass! Looking forward to it myself, thanks again for all your information. Keep it up with the great content and thanks again!
