Boss DD-8 The best delay pedal ever ?

Boss makes great delay pedals. I use the DD3 for recording, and have a DD4 on my pedal board for my clean tones. The DD8 sounds great! You’re getting awesome tones with the Hudson and DD8!

I had to translate your message. "Is it normal that if I leave the feedback at infinity and if I turn off the pedal and turn it on again, the repetitions still continue?" I will look to see if my copy does that.

@@VinnyTheAxe thank you, if only when the repetitions are long I turn off the pedal and everything stops being heard there, everything is normal, but when I turn it back on the repetitions are still being heard, I wanted to know if it is normal

@@McLOVIN..... Confirmed, after shutting off the pedal and turning it back on it does not stop. It will continue back where it was repeating endlessly. So it’s not just your unit. It is in its design, for good or bad depending on how you want the pedal to work I guess.

I had one and regret selling it. It is the best pedal delay I’ve ever used. All my effects are DSP these days, which can do even more, but it I haven’t forgotten about how great it was.

I agree. Great pedal does what it needs to do without any fuss and it sounds good as well.

@@VinnyTheAxe If I had to build a pedal board, and had the money, this pedal along with the Metal Zone, and 10 band Eq would be on it, as well as my Boss Overdrive.

DD8 rips. It's not "cool" but it just sounds great and couldn't be easier to dial in great tones.
