I have the same issue with the magnet for Swee'Pea. I can get the hat to stay where I want it temporarily, but ultimately it slides forward again. Even so, I really like this line and am having a lot of fun with it! I just ordered the Popeye vs Bluto set because Amazon has it down to $39.95.
