You just made my day! So happy to share any and all my tricks 🙂 So as you know, kick and snare triggers are two completely separate piezo pickups on the guitar which are independently wired through a stereo cable into the TM-2 (this prevents crosstalk). Then I split my entire dry guitar signal in two using a pedal with two outputs... usually I use the BOSS CH-1 Super Chorus, but a lot of EHX pedals like the Micro POG can double your dry guitar into two separate mono outputs of the same thing. I run one of those dry mono guitar outputs into all my usual guitar effects like normal, but the other dry mono output is run into the TM-2's other trigger input, and that sets of hihats or rides (you must adjust the threshold so that it only triggers cymbals if you pluck or strum the guitar hard enough). The TM-2 has 4 inputs, so for me that usually means kick and snare and ride, plus I have added another trick recently where I feed the TM-2 output back into itself! This means that the TM-2's output of a kick/snare sample will feed back into the 4th trigger input and simultaneously set off an additional layered sound like a hihat on top of the kick, or a crash or whatever sits nicely on top of the kick and snare. Check out my latest "Drum and Bass with Shakers" demo to see how it sounds 😁 Please tell me what it all sounded like in your dreams because I have to tell you, I have no idea where all this experimentation is going 😄🤣 I mostly have acoustic songs recorded a decade ago, so those aren't really what I'm about anymore. So I take it that you would like to hear more actual songs, not just experiments? 😃 The problem is I just love to generate everything on the spot and my ADHD doesn't really give me the patience to record and assemble songs, but maybe if I find my style I can get more actual songs down in studio. My influences are all over the show, so I don't expect it to make sense but it's usually melodic songs from genres like Viking Metal, Drum 'n' Bass, Freeform Hardcore, Hardstyle, Frenchcore and Full-on Psytrance. Putting together a "My Inspirations" playlist would actually be a great idea! Are you also a guitar fx junkie? Thank you so much for your interest! It means a lot 🙏

My dreams are !exactly! the music in this video. Only thing different that your voice was a females voice. I had it over and over and now try to remember the exact video. Either you forget about it you go crazy or you actually manage it. Well i did. And if something shows up in my dreams that has to mean something important. So i seek to dive further into your music world. It is so surreal. Please it is so easy just put all the music and art you like in one place together it would be a gift to the world! Im working on a bunch of stuff. I hope the chip crisis gets over soon. When i succeed ill make sure you are one of the first ill share it with!
