Great demo. Softube sounded better to me sometimes, TC sounded better others. Really seems like it’s a matter of taste and maybe mixing. But I’d still take TC for versatility and being able to play live without an amp.

Hey Man, thanks. Yeah, I think you're right on point. It's a matter of taste, but definitely I think the TC is the most versatile option. I liked Softube a lot, too. I didn't add post eq on the guitar tracks, if that's helpful to know.

Thanks Man! The Boss FDR-1 is connected to the front of my Boss Katana combo and I connected the Rec Out of the Katana to my sound card. 🎸

For me the TCE due to ergonomics (knobs & phones jack), they all sound good or good enough to my ear 👌🤠

Thanks for this comparison, I was looking for something. But… it would of been fair to connect the TC in front of Katana as well, NOT from DI. This way the two pedals could of been compared in almost same conditions.
