I use a VE-8 all of the time and it’s an amazing piece of kit. I only use it for dialling in a great guitar sound and a little “same” harmony. I can only assume that the guy saying they’re all rip offs doesn’t actually gig with one or know how to use it properly.

I liked her demo on the Boss 8 Pro...But the only use I would have for that pedal is just activation of reverb away from my Amp across the room or way in front of me or behind,I wouldn't Activate a loop because I'm an artist of authenticity,What you see is what get, I'm only into effects and sound, I'll take the rest from there, because I wanna play throughout the night,it's great for entertaining,but for Hey..Mann....I wanna hear you play right now,you got to pull it out,great for background,but I change rhythms with the flip of a hat,I play acoustic guitar and I'm into the smell and wood of the instrument,I really like the real stuff I'm playing and have the audience feel that...But the B8 is Kool...
