Once again, the Frozen Eye shows its ability to turn a 1 hour run into a nearly 2 hour run.

More Baalor playing Spire time, more joy time imo. Who’s to say that he would have won or even won as smoothly as he did without taking the frozen eye or otherwise just taking his time?

Tbh Baalorlord is fairly quick about using it.

Also definitely showed how unbelievably strong it is. The relic is absurd, but it does add a lot of time.

Does anyone remember when he had that banging grand finale deck a few years ago and he set up the heart kill with it and then said “grannnnndddddd” and then last second switched to the hand of greed card and said “of greed!” And killed him with that? 😂😂 still gives me ptsd flashbacks….

37:00 Wow! What a beautiful combo! Looks like something from an anime fight, doing a backflip, some acrobatics maneuver, and in a flash of light everyone is dead and the leader is barely alive!
@magebomba31810 ай бұрын
And only kept alive to profit - nice combo for sure.

That last shop was amazing. I think you could take almost any run that got to act 4, and turn it into a heart kill with Calc Gamble+ and Tough Bandages at the final shop.

Timestamps for when Baalor picks up the cards in the thumbnail (Grand Finale and Die Die Die) and description (Hand of Greed): Hand of Greed: (0:25) Die Die Die: (23:12) Grand Finale: (24:43) The Hand of Greed came in quite handy, the Grand Finale was indeed grand (when it worked), and the Die Die Die... well, you get the picture.

I've been playing StS for five years and not ONCE have I ever had the patience to hone a deck carefully enough to win with Grand Finale. GG indeed, sir.

So this is the discard/draw type. I've always went with poison/shivs decks but not this type. Looks pretty strong when you can draw all of your cards!

One of the hardest cards to use. What baalor always recommends for using it is retain and variable draw amounts. So like cards that draw 1, 2, 3, 4 not just a bunch of acrobatics. A card I see pop off a lot is expertise

Is the potion likelihood percentage considered quality of life? And/or do competitive STS players allow this feature to be used in speed runs or other competitive modes?
