This is actually really useful for me and the mental mind-shift I have to do is a work in progress for me. What helps me out is when I go in front of people and talk to them about our programs and they have told me, more than once, "We LOVE your passion for the program and that will take you far! Just keep it up!" I understand why they say, "Keep it up" we've had such disheartening experiences that it's hard sometimes to "keep the faith" if you will. So, thanks for dropping those gems!
