What if you have board members that really don't participate or give much input.

This title is not helpful. Your videos have done decent info. However, people often want to operate a non profit without a board legally and are trying to figure out the steps to going THAT route. Which, yes, you can do that. It is not actually required to incorporate a non profit. There is not a conflict. The IRS does actually provide information for what and how to file for a non incorporated charitable organization. Please consider changing the title of your video to how to find your non profit board members. Because it literally says that the video is about “starting a non profit with no board members.” Just a little input from someone who watched the video until it said the misinformation about it being “not possible and the IRS doesnt want you to do that“ etc.

Thanks for your input. I’m going to keep the title because people often search for info different ways so this is a way to attract people who search using these particular keywords. And this video is in direct response to people asking me “how do I start when I have no board members”?. So you probably didn’t understand the context and that’s ok. It’s not misinformation, you didn’t understand the title.
