Within this video display, pause and replay as you feel you need. First, observe their withheld posture, being lowered legs, display in their thighs being horizontally level to the ice, of course relatively. Then their lowered back, as well as raised chest to ensure the spine is of "leveled" position.
Second, observe the usage of the arms to perform action. Their top hand being moved in a manner that allows them to perform movement of the puck in a manner that is accurate and of control. This, through maintaining downward angled position of the stick blade onto the puck. Observe as well, specifically Gauthier's, movement of the arms to perform the action of a shot release in a manner that is accurate. Freely extending and returning the arms in a manner that is accurate to precisely perform the action of a shot release.
Last, and specific to Perreault, observe the usage of the placement of his skate blade to perform controlled movement of his body in a manner that is "directed". The placement of his right inside edge first to support the performed movement of his body, then placement of his left inside edge, as well as wide placement of his opposite leg to ensure his movement is controlled and directed accurately around the net.
If all of these ideals are trained in a manner that is greater than all else, you will obtain superior ability to all participators within the sport of hockey.
