This loss hurts. I have been a fan since the days of Bobby Orr in the 70s when i was a young pup. And then the draught happened and it wasnt until 2011 that I finally awaked to another championship! And then the disappointment the following years. Then this year.. the year of destiny!! I told my wife this could finally be the greatest team we ever put together and we just might win it all. Should have kept my mouth shut. To make matters worse...I live in Florida and now will have to listen to these "fans" for a long time. Boston Connor I feel your pain brother!!

Pat listing these all time greats that didn't play for teams with better records made me think how little that means. No one on this Bruins team is going to be remembered like Orr, Gretzky, Lemieux, Crosby, etc, etc. A lot of middling talent that had off-the-charts puck luck all year getting literally every good bounce and that wasn't at all sustainable.
