Colin Mcnutt really changed this drumline in the best way possible with his writing. Boston Crusaders are now one of the best drum lines in dci now.

I was just thinking that. I mean most of this video is super clean. There are some barely fuzzy spots. But every single triplet roll they play, especially the fast low ones, are literally perfect. Some of the cleanest rolls I've probably ever heard.

Another cool thing about this line, consider that United Percussion (WGI) in the lot is really loud, now at 2:12 you could feel how heavy the quads must feel with those attacks, all that loudness and they are still clean as heck

Anyone else sees the connection of Mcnutt leaving the Cadets in 2015 and the fact that they’ve had ehh shows since? The Cadets 2015 finished 4th and the drum book pretty much elevated the show. In the 3 years McNutt has been in Boston he has elevated the corps to a contender. Of course they have to sort out their other captions too
