That's definitely a fact Ron, I sat forth row center stage when I was 16 years old, Boston live at Boston Garden, ten minutes from my house, Foghat opened for them, great show great night, from what I can remember lol you take care Ron, you got great taste in music.

Actually, a lot of the stuff Scholz did with his Echoplex, Tommy Bolin had already done a few years earlier. Check out the Billy Cobham track Quadrant 4, or The James Gang's Standing In The Rain, both of which feature Tommy sweeping the delay control on his Echoplex back and forth.

And WHAT A BAND they were! So melodic and fun! I'll never forget I went to Greece for vacation to visit my relatives in '79, and as i'm walking down a street in Athens, this song was blasting out of a cafe! I stopped for a pastry and coffee, and had a great conversation with the owner, who was a huge rock music fan! Because I loved BOSTON as well, the dude didn't charge me!

The only concert footage I've ever seen of Boston from the 70's is the Giants Stadium show that's on KZbin. The only 80's era footage I've seen was an audience shot video from 87, in Hamilton, Ontario, I think it is. Supposedly, they shot a show in either 86 or 87, but the footage is a vault somewhere. I guess Scholz wasn't happy with the results or something.
