Boston University students emptying public barrels on New Year’s Eve morning

Cool video, something a little different. Why were the university students out emptying public bins? Congratulations on hitting the 1K club, hopefully this year I too will make that club; 330 more for me to get there so will take a while. Hope 2024 goes well for you!
