When it comes to luxury design, spacing, and landscaping, I am really picky. I have to admit that altogether, you've completely convinced me. Marrakesh's only drawback is its distance from the city. I would have to come and explore the city to determine how I feel about it all, but I would want one of your designs for Casablanca, or I would need to come and buy one of your villas and live in Marrakesh. I adore to have a seaview or be not far from it. This has to be my number one buying point

Spacing and landscaping ? Did you see the entrance or the hallway design the many small buildings and how un intimate all the rooms and even the outdoor sitting area feels, the wonky inconsistent color palette and the lack of wow factor its literally the most generique clinical white L shaped cube i ve ever seen in marrakesh they try to make it feel more marrakeshy but in my opinion the elements of design dont fuse but instead feel oddly out of place and just added after everything was finished so it feels less of a clinic, i literally designed better houses in minecraft when i was a kid. Maybe good for renting but i dont see any rich family buying this imo.
