Hi Collin, when you show Riads you often use the word "Cossive" (this is my spelling, according to what I hear) to describe a kind of 'balcony, sitting area'. Please explain the origins of this word, the proper spelling and what it actually means.

"Coursive", from the French, meaning an internal balcony around a courtyard.

What is the average maintenance cost per month of a house of this size in this area? (gardener, utilities, taxes etc.)

Your staff will cost about 300 euros per month each. Utilities about 300 euros. City tax about 60 euros per month.
