Hi Toumimi. This was an Italian architect. The Italians have a fabulous feel for Marrakech. The classical Riad is quite italianate in conception - in fact many people people believe the Riad was based on the historical Roman Villa. This is not the case, yet one can see the connection.

Волшебный дом от входа до вида с крыши. Большие комнаты добавляют комфорта. Большая СПА зона. Кажется это первый дом, в котором есть подвал, видимо для Мароко подвалы под домами нехарактерны. Спасибо Колин, за видео.
