In a small fire it can be destroyed, wood will catch fire easily and putting grass and trees all over the building will make it more frightening in a fire. But I have to admit it looks nice and I am sure it is more useful than concrete.

We got pretty stringent safety rules in place for new buildings. That includes fire safety.
