I came close to buying one to replace my Aero HD that I sold. Then the buyer told me the Aero HD blew out a seam of about 26". The paddle board had only been used that one time in the water and inflated a total of four times. My faith in Bote took a serious nose dive after that experience. Hope you have a better experience then I did. :)

Yea I definitely have my concerns. I love the idea of Botes products, but their execution and customer service is pretty terrible to put it simply.

Do you know where the HIN number is located on the Aero? I just bought one and idk where the HIN number is located on the note.

IMO, this inflatable is waaaaay too expensive. The board itself should be $700 tops, and that is including the basic accessory kit (bag, manual pump, paddle and sheath, a couple of fins, spear sheath, grab strap, and repair kit). Motor rack and grab rack should be $200 each (shipping included). This is adjusted for inflation. Pre-pandemic, that whole package was worth maybe $900. At the end of the day, this is a cheap PVC inflatable boat. You will be lucky to get a whole season out of this with moderate to heavy use, two if you use is sparingly and keep it inside the house (climate controlled). Seam leaks are not repairable, and punctures have to be in a perfect spot for you to have a chance at repairing. Bote has been running "sales" on this lately, and still I think the price needs to be cut in half.
