@@ArifShahz aim assists work when you aim centering your crosshair to the center of the nearest target, center is targets are almost always the body. The common way of casual controller players to correct this is to move their whole character's position to correct the aim, that's why you mostly see console players moving to the left or right slowly before shooting, they line up their shots. The new method now is gyro aiming which corrects your aim more when you move the controller itself for precise targets, from that you can imagine using auto aim then correcting slight tilting the controller upwards with a bit of moving left or right to aim for heads. I myself can't do this because one thing I find weird about controller players that uses gyro is they do not use the right thumbstick to aim, they just use it to face where they want to and adjust with the auto aim and gyro, that is one very sensitive right stick.

@EuTiming it depends, I went from mouse to keyboard(CS/Crossfire) to controller(MW2) and it was fine. MW2 was also my first fps on console. Mouse/keyboard was definitely way better, but imo it was more satisfying to play on controller.
